1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Since skincare and beauty products fall under hygiene-sensitive categories, we do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or wrong ordering.
- You received a damaged product
- The product is leaking, broken, or cracked upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product delivered is expired or near expiry
2. Conditions for Refund
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Refund request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos or video as proof of damage or issue.
- Product should be unused and in original packaging (except if broken/damaged).
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened, used, or tested products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Refund for “change of mind” or “don’t like the product”
- Incorrect address provided by customer

Include your Order Number, Name, Contact Number, and clear pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase (Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).
6. Replacement Option
If you prefer, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items, depending on stock availability.
